About SÄNTIS DELICATESSEN
Long years ago, hotels and restaurants where the only place to give some treats to the taste buds, but many did not win people’s hearts as their hearts demanded good quality. That’s when we, Säntis Delicatessen, hoped in!
We get inspired by people and aspire to serve them the best, that’s how the first Säntis Deli came up. The small factory of Euro-Swiss Food in Yakal Street, Makati City, was the first step in our marathon. Mr. Werner Berger, the boss man, decided to open a small section of the factory with a display chiller to serve the people in the metropolis suburbs once a week. In no time, the customers increased, and so was our production and days of work.

Three years after having successfully marketed the SÄNTIS products of Euro-Swiss Food and Werdenberg International Corporation, Werner Berger and company decided to open a delicatessen shop that can resolve every cook’s woes in marketing and food preparation at home. What next? A DELICATESSEN Shop was opened in September 1987.
In case you wonder, SÄNTIS, the brand is depicting the peak of a beautiful mountain Northeast of Switzerland as its namesake.
From this day on SÄNTIS has served millions of families with its 13 branches strategically located all-over Metro Manila. SANTIS Deli-Yakal, the biggest and first outlet, is located on the ground floor of WIC Building, 7431 Yakal Street, San Antonio Village, Makati City. The second was located in the posh subdivision Forbes Park within the San Antonio Plaza Arcade, Forbes Park Makati. The third within the commercial district of San Juan Greenhills right along Annapolis Street at the ground floor of Richbelt Terraces. The fourth outlet is in Alabang, Muntinlupa, in the second level of Festival Supermall in Filinvest Corporate City. The fifth outlet located along busy Timog Avenue in Quezon City on the ground floor of the TOMA Building.
The sixth outlet opened in January 1998 further south of the metropolis, a few minutes away from the scenic Tagaytay, Cavite, situated on a sprawling property along Aguinaldo Highway at Km. 52 Silang. The seventh outlet opened in June 1999 and is found in the center of one of Makati’s most progressive commercial center, Rockwell Information Center, Amapola corner Estrella Sts., Makati City. The eighth outlet opened in December 2000 and is found East of Manila, in Capital Commons, Pasig City.
From this point 4 more stored have opened in Metro Manila and Batangas Area – One in Corinthian Hills, within the Corinthian Hills Club House in the lively Quezon City. Our BGC branch, a modern and cosmopolitan Deli located at Bonifacio High Street Central, Taguig city. Säntis Santa Rosa is found at the ground floor of Unit 01 in Paseo de Sta. Rosa, Laguna. We opened in 2013, the Twin Lakes branch where you can have a glass of wine or drink a cup of coffee whilst tasting our store delicacies, or where you can enjoy our home-made sandwiches and daily menu. Säntis Twin Lakes is located at the ground floor of Twin Lakes Shopping Village, in Laurel, Batangas. And our latest, opened in 2021, Säntis Magnolia located at Robinsons Magnolia, Aurora Blvd., cor. Doña Hemady & N. Domingo St., Brgy. Kaunlaran, New Manila, Quezon City
